Under which conditions should you drive slower than the posted speed limit?
In situations where the road is wet or slippery, visibility is compromised, or any factors lead to suboptimal conditions, you should reduce your speed below the posted limit. Driving within the speed limit is not sufficient if the conditions require you to exercise more caution. You can still be fined for exceeding a safe speed given the road conditions.
