What does it mean that Georgia enforces an Implied Consent Law?
According to Georgia's Implied Consent Law, by driving you automatically agree to undergo chemical testing of your blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substances as requested by a law enforcement officer to check for alcohol or drug impairment. Refusal to undergo this testing results in the suspension of your driver's license.
