With parked cars on your right and no approaching vehicles to your left, where should you ride?
When passing parked vehicles on your right without oncoming traffic to your left, position yourself on the left side of your lane to steer clear of hazards like opening car doors and pedestrians stepping into the street. This positioning allows improved visibility and reaction space. However, if oncoming traffic is present, it is safer to remain centralized in your lane to maintain a buffer from both directions.
